  There was an issue with the post office. The post office fault. Impact Designs steeped up and took care of the issue. Made the shipping very fast and was concerned about me getting the top-quality decals that I had ordered. Their quality, pricing, and their customer service was the best I have ever purchased on eBay. Great people to work with. I will be doing business with them next time I am looking for decals. I really cannot say how great they are. Thank You.

  Person was completely rude. Been over 10 days for a simple sticker I could have made at the local shop while I waited, then kept trying to prove his point. I wouldnt do business with this guy again. Id cancell my order if I could. Still hasnt gave me any official tracking showing where it is or when its showing up. Shows label has been made is it. We’ll see. Either way this guys customer service is horrible and would never do business here again

  Unfortunately I can't post screenshots to prove that nobody was rude to you. I answered your questions at 11PM on a Sunday, 7 minutes after you messaged me. I'd say customer service is pretty on point. The shipping details are clearly explained in the listing description and you turned declined upgraded shipping. You expected a $4 decal with free shipping to be in your hand 4 days later and that simply can't happen. Next time, please read the listing details.
