  Item I received was exactly as described, new in original box . As with all DEWALT power tools that come in a hard case, case was sealed. Awesome seller A+++++, covered shipping and price was 25-30% less than advertised at large home improvement stores. Wouldn’t buy from other sellers until I find out what new without retail box, out of a kit means.
