Heavy, chrome item with edges that partially broke through side of cardboard box due to no packing material or precautions. Got here okay though. Cleaned it up, and fits my Harley touring perfectly and looks good. Thank you!

Items weren't correct in the box, the part number was correct but they had been mispackaged previously without seller knowing. Full refund was issued and customer service was extremely helpful and looked to see if they happened to have another pair of the valves that were packaged correctly but they unfortunately didn't have another pair of them but they were very helpful and I appreciate their time that took to try to locate another pair of the valves for me. I would recommend them to anyone
