    Boots were listed as “worn twice” but arrived with clear heavy wear—damaged outsole stitching and staining. Red Wing staff confirmed this. I asked for a $50 partial refund after paying $150 for repair but was told I’d been “hustled.” Seller also warned they’d leave a negative review if I left one. As a U.S. Vet, integrity matters. I won’t be dissuaded from sharing an honest experience. I recommend checking, double checking, and even triple checking with the seller as they omit necessary details.

    Buyer is claiming integrity matters to him as a US vet, Im a United States Marine, are you claiming I have no integrity? You were unable to provide any pictures of any claimed damage Yet I still offered you a 100% refund. You paid $150 to Red Wing to fix all the damage to the shoes, but the pictures in the original listing clearing show non of the damage that you claim. Integrity matters to me as well as honesty and truth.
