    The stemware that was sent to me was the wrong size! The stemware was to be 8" not 7"! I tried to explain to the Director of Operations and she was so belligerent and arrogant and then accused me of being rude! I keeped the smaller stemware for my liquor and had no more communications with her! I will be blunt, when I have had issues with my shipment, and that hasn't happen very often, it has always been female run businesses without exception!

    This buyer received exactly what he purchased, 5 8" stemware. He was so rude and disgraceful towards me for being a woman. You can see in his feedback how rude he is. I never in my life had a man speak to me the way this person did. He doesn't know me and has no business talking to me the way he did. When I asked him to send me pictures he backed off and disappeared. Because he's a liar. He has been reported to eBay and blocked. PLEASE Be careful selling to this person.
