    This seller ships VERY SLOW and getting them to communicate is very difficult. I had to mention a bad review before they would respond at all. Seller took almost two weeks to print the shipping label and longer still to put it in the mail. When it arrived, they had put in two extra My Little Pony DVDs, perhaps as a "sorry." I would not buy from this seller again. It was too frustrating. I rated this "neutral" because of the extra DVDs, perhaps that was as intended.

    ! ordered a DVD on June 30, 2025. ! inquired about the package on July 10th because the label was created on July 5th (5 days after ! ordered it), and the USPS hadn't received it yet. ! never received an answer, so ! kept ask!ng and ! finally got a one line response saying they dropped it off. (No date, or place) and ! should have it by Wednesday (7/16). That was a lie because the USPS never received the package until today, 7/17, probably because ! asked for a refund.VERY, BAD customer service.

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. Tell me why it took TWO weeks to just print the shipping label and another whole week to even drop off the package? Usually I'd think something came up, but if that were true the seller should've reached out. But looking at the other reviews it's plain obvious the seller doesn't care and won't respond to you anyway. I thought I wasn't going to get my DVD. It came in new packaging but the cardboard slip was beat up. Awful seller!!!
