It all started with a little camera shop in Brooklyn. Founded by Abe Berkowitz in 1966, Focus has faithfully served the New York City Metropolitan Area for over half a century. In that time, we’ve built a tight knit community of photographers, videographers, musicians, and other creators passionate about reaching their goals.

Today we have two retail store locations, hundreds of employees, and millions of customers from around the world, whom we reach through our award-winning website. However, our mission remains the same: to help creators find the gear they need to realize their vision.

    The printer was refurbished by Canon and looked brand new. However, it arrived with no toner cartridges. I purchased a set from Amazon at a cost of almost $80 and advised the seller to indicate in their description of the printer that it does not come with toner. They replied promptly and refunded the entire cost of the cartridges. Excellent customer service, something that is unfortunately disappearing.

    I was hoping to buy this camera since few month ago, and I loved it! It was a great price and no damages show so far. I'd only like to say that I had a TERRIBLE experience with delivery provided by UPS. I know it goes beyond the seller, but I'd like to recommend them to provide with more delivery options because I lost a lot of time trying to get my package and I almost lost it. Contacting with the seller was too hard and UPS was awful. But, as far as the product goes, it's amazing!
