  Item quality is excellent. Came in new condition. The price point was an incredible value. The box is even better looking in person. Box looks high quality and luxurious. The black velvet lining and coin slots are perfect. Box has magnets to keep lid closed. Seller answered questions quick and accurate. It would be a perfect transaction, but the shipping company SpeedX is not great. Mishandled first attempt to deliver. Showed up next day, but outer packaging was damaged. Items are fine.

  These stands come with a protective film on them that makes them look different than the photos. You need to peel it off to get to the clear plastic underneath. They are nice quality, as described and reasonably priced. They were carefully packed, shipped quickly and arrived undamaged. Good seller. Thank you.

  Shipping atrocious. $12, plus tax on $12, and seller didn’t even use a simple envelope. Sent with bar code slapped on a little plastic bubble thing. (~3” x 3”) I’m lucky I got it. It was left on my stoop within leaves and outside dirt and I almost swept it up as litter. I never looked at shipping and wouldn’t have bought it.

  Well, I ordered some printable, magnetic sheets A4 size. They were lost in the mail and never arrived, so I can't speak to the quality of the product itself. However, the seller was great at communicating and they saw the parcel had been lost in transit so they refunded me in full. I would say for that reason this is a serious and safe seller to buy from.

  I received the wrong item and it was a tiny flower pin, much cheaper than what I ordered originally. I contacted seller and they got back to me right away with an apology. They refunded me two days later. I was very disappointed but I appreciated seller for making things right by refunding me.
