First of all sent untracked, then didn't show up. When I messaged saying "not here" She said she didn't understand the message? What is not to understand, if you know you are sending something, it's pretty self explanatory, right? Well that wasn't good enough for her she wanted a detailed message, I obviously assumed that wasn't necessary. Then she refunded me claiming I was being extremely rude? She really needs to get over herself.

Buyer sent us an unclear message, I asked for clarification and he was incredibly rude stating how could you not understand what I want. I replied offering the customer to reship the item for free upgraded shipping option so it would arrive faster. The response I received was another rude message. There is no pleasing this person so I refund their purchase in full. IF YOU READ THE ITEM DESCRIPTION IT CLEARLY STATES THAT SHIPPING DOESNT COME WITH TRACKING, but it available for additional fees!

She is projecting because she is the one who is impossible to please. Especially after it was her end that failed. If you want to succeed in business, you better get a little bit thicker skin, sweetheart. I may have been blunt but I was not rude, until she became so demanding of unnecessary attention. What would "not here" tell anyone else with common sense? JFC.
