    I've bought four of these for the production of some specific prints. I'm not sure why people returned them, but they work great. A few missing pieces, but FLSun shipped replacements, just as they said they would. I went through the leveling, z-offset, and filament tuning, and they print excellently. Support emails are usually offset by twelve hours(½ way around the world), but they always answer. Almost all parts are available on the Aliexpress FLSUN store, if not listed, service can help.

    Seller never shipped item. When I reached out to find out what was going on, no response. I even told them I could wait longer to receive the item but just wanted an update. No response. Finally submitted an "item has not arrived" through eBay since my messages weren't getting responses. Seller then refunded purchase. I mean I'm glad I got refunded, but I really wanted the printer.
