    Tool as described and pictured and also priced well. Shipping took the expected time once it was delivered to postal system. Just because a postal tracking number given does not mean the package has been delivered to usps, why would it stay at the departure city for 5 days before moving or showing recieved. I can live with that if I am told up front what's happening and will still give this seller a good review despite feeling I was not told accurate info about shipping.
