    Had initial issue with box arriving in rough shape and was taped together. Part had some minor scratches on it, as if it was installed and the removed. I didn t think much of it. Once i installed the part, it did not work as needed. Seller stated was user error( I disagree). However, did accept return for a refund. Based on this I readjusted to neutral review.

    I consider this review unfair because the buyer reported the problem a month after receiving the product, but I still provided a return label and refunded the money.

    Laptop battery advertised as new. I received a not new poor battery that doesn't even charge. I purchased this battery knowing the seller doesn't accept returns. I contacted the seller and on Oct 4 2024 to let them know about the battery situation. its Oct 11 and still no reply back from the seller. I would have like to at least get half of my money back for selling me a defective battery. if the seller would have descripted the battery as unknow if working I would have never bought it. bad prat
