  This is one of the best sellers I have dealt with for a long time. The parcel was being sent to wrong address which was my fault, I contacted the seller about the address, and the seller did everything possible the fix the problem, even though the parcel had already been sent, he managed to get the address changed and the parcel redirected to the correct address. What great service. the product was also very good quality and an excellent price as well. Very HAPPY customer here.

  I’ll give a positive review. I had some issues getting the item I ordered. Item did not arrive on time, but the seller made a favorable effort to correct the matter. Seller also replied to all of my messages. In the end I got the item and it appears to be identical to the part I replaced, and fit perfectly. I’m sure my experience was probably a rare occurrence, and I would order from this seller again.

  Parts were shipped fairly quick. Parts I received were not as advertised, missing mounting brackets, which were pictured and mentioned in the description. Contacted seller for a return and opted for them sending the parts over the return since they make you pay the return shipping. They said parts would take 2 weeks. 1.5 months later have not received the parts and the seller hasn’t responded to my inquiry for an update when I’ll get the parts. Terrible service!!!Buyer beware!False advertising!!

  My experience with the seller was great, and communication was excellent. Item was shipped immediately. I have it installed but i wont say anything about the product itself but will update my feedback once item is in function in truck. I have to say that USPS was absolutely terrible and I received my product in a box that was destroyed by USPS and I'm hoping and praying that the power steering pump was not damaged in the process of their mishandling
