    Super professional in answering questions. New sim cards. Looks great and ready for travel. Plus 10GB data for 30 days is pretty great value if you don't use 10GB in a month. And most vacations we're not gonna be out there long enough anyways. I like how it works in various counties across south East Asia. And will work seemlessly as you cross countries.     I went to two different countries for the month, and it works really well. I see some previous reviews that it does not work while in the country they were visiting. You just have to make sure your phone setting has roaming turned on. It will not work if this setting is off. The seller explained everything in the detail section before purchase. I just emailed them my date that I want my sim to activate and they replied within 1 day.

    The seller was very responsive to handle USPS delivery failure for the initial purchase of the SIM card. To ensure we have a SIM card before we leave for Greece, the seller instructed me to place this additional order and they shipped the SIM card out on the same day. After USPS redelivered the 1st SIM card, the seller paid for return shipment of this SIM card and provided full refund as soon as they received the returned package. It was a great pleasure to do business with them.
