  The seller did everything right and Royal Mail did everything wrong. Once I received the much delayed and damaged package the contents were, miraculously, intact and did the job perfectly. The seller was responsive to my concerns with the original non-delivery and did all that they could to help. I would certainly recommend them and buy again from them.

The price was competitive, the processing of the order was very quick, and the system provided regular updates about delivery times, and using the Post Office meant a professional delivery. That last point was particularly highlighted by the battered package I received this week from Yodel, which was just chucked towards our door.
