    This is one great seller--sent in order and soon realized I had made an error in the personalization request. Wrote to them immediately to beg for a correction--right before Xmas--they wrote back immediately, said they had received it and would do so and send out very quickly--which they did. Received quickly, it was well wrapped and recipients LOVED THE ORNAMENT. Will definitely order from them again next year. An A plus transaction. Also very reasonable shipping costs.

    While I received the item(s) I ordered on time and in good condition, it was a real struggle to get the Seller to do the right thing and give me the combined shipping refund he promised. I had to get eBay involved, filing a formal complaint, but I eventually got the promised refund. It was a very unpleasant experience, and I will not purchase from this Seller again. Sellers shouldn t need to be forced into doing what they tell you they will do. Revised feedback from negative to neutral.
