  Fittool is 1st class on customer service. I ordered a tune-up kit for my lawn mower. Unfortunately, the oil filter was not the correct filter. I sent an email requesting the correct filter be sent. I was advised that they only sell the kits. They then said buy the correct filter and they would refund that cost. I did just that and Fittool was very prompt in refunding that cost. Fittool gets an A+ for their courtesy and customer service.
