  Package was as described, a New VW spare tire for a Jetta. The tools were as described with no faults or issues with the nut wrench and jack. The package arrived in a flimzy box and most of the tape/staples had come undone, luckily given the contents, no damage was suffered to the items. Shipping cost was agreeable and the tire cost + tools was much more affordable than from the dealers.

  The description was spot on, the price was the best around and the communication was above and beyond! Unfortunately, I was able to successfully cancel this item, as I no longer needed it.   Seller experience was great. Excellent description and on time delivery from across the country. Although delivery person left the package outside the gate, when he could have easily placed inside the gate when package theft is at an all time high. Nothing to do with seller. Thank you.
