  The item was as described and pictured, it was fairly well packed and shipped quickly. The USPS did their best to damage the item - all corners of the box were rounded off - but it sustained only minor damage.

  I gave a neutral review. I received the two ink cartridges which were suppose to be new. Both appeared to be old. The first one one didn't work and the second one was open and the ink had leaked in the package. When I notified the seller, he issued a total refund and sent a mailing label so that I could return the two items. I still had to buy ink cartridges elsewhere but was glad that a refund was issued with any hassle.
