  Absolutely speechless! I've been ebaying for over twenty years and have never received service as good as this! Ever! The product replaced one I'd lost and is identical to it. Delivered (free) within twenty-four hours with constant updates. The external packaging was immaculate and the presentation of the product worthy of Harrods!
