A little dirty, which is to be expected based on the listing info. Mechanically, it was clean and fully serviced, ready to go (once you added oil).

The item is better than described in terms of overall condition - appears new. BUT, the screw mounts were missing in the regulator housing for the LP gas adaptor. A quick chat with Firman support and the 90 day warranty takes care of that. Price was amazing for my purchase and needs, and in terms of value. Shipping was fast, and packaging was solid. Very impressed with Firman and this generator.
