Box too big for just two shoes and there was zero padding or packaging to secure shoes from bouncing around inside box during shipping. As a result, the poorly taped box lid was busted half way open large enough for the shoes to fall out since zero packing inside the box. Packaging must improve or future items likely will be lost or damaged in shipping.
