The owner was quick and responsive, was very candid about the journey our pins go on (if farm-to-table applied to enamel pins), and offered several generous solutions to my very minor issue.   Not sure yet if all the pieces are there. Came with the pieces loose in the box, not in a zip lock bag. Pieces were falling out as I was unboxing it so the only way I will know if it is all there is to assemble, which i am working on. Very disappointed for the amount of money I spent. I expected much better..especially in regards to the packaging.
