    Every year, bajillions of items are purchased online—from Amazon, Wal-Mart, and others—and when they are "returned," most of them just get dumped. They sit on big pallets in warehouses and wind up who knows where. We rescue the ones with value and sell them at discounted prices. Most of the items we sell are basically the same as if you bought them brand new, but for a lot less.
    We have every intention of selling you EXACTLY what we describe and show on listings. If we say or imply that it works, it should work. If we say or imply that it is not damaged, it should not be damaged. We do a lot of work to inspect and research the items we sell.
    But we are not perfect.
    So if you get something, and there's an issue, let us know! Quickly! And we'll try to fix it quickly. Sometimes we can troubleshoot, sometimes we can ship a replacement, sometimes we will find other ways of making it right. But we will make it right. We are trying to make you a customer for life.

    Nice lantern shipped quickly. I asked seller to place bubble wrap inside the lantern to protect the glass panels from breakage because this happened on the same lantern that I bought from a different seller weeks ago. This seller did not do as I asked and that was disappointing, as it was a small reasonable request. Lantern panels were loose upon arrival but fortunately not broken. I did have to straighten some mild bends in the metal feet. Overall, I'm pleased with the lantern.
