    This was a great buying experience. I love these fish!!! I have never bought fish through the mail before so I was nervous. But this fish arrived in great condition! They were very well packed with many layers of cushioning, insulation, heating packs, sealed bags, et cetera. I was very impressed by this seller. I would definitely buy from this seller again! Shipping was fast—2 days—and the shipping price was low! Seller communicated well: clearly and quickly. I would buy from this seller again!!

    Did not get my full order or shipping slip. I got my snails vampire crabs the rest is not packaged. Vampire black crabs are beautiful and nice size Missing tomato and orange crabs. ??? Very expensive so hope buyer is helpful. Shipping should be free with orders over $100 seller never responded as of now good quality frogs are very small.

    I think you have us confused your order with us was held due to cold temps and is shipping this week. We do not sell frogs so possibly this order is from another supplier???
