    Seller is fantastic! The item is basically brand new, in great condition. Feels great and quality Carhartt product. I am so glad I found it when I did, because the coat was not sold in the US. The shipping issues were not at all the fault of the seller, it is from USPS itself. The seller was amazing and transparent and had great communication. The item was packaged well and was not damaged at all! Item as described and great value for a coat that will last me many, many years.

    Seller said item was new.... in reality it was worn like a 100times!! Seller also said its Ralph Lauren but ended up being another brand from Ralph. So i sent item back, but never got refunded. Avoid seller at all cost!!

    Seller said 'CHAPS by Ralph Lauren' but no one listened. Buyer wasn't entitled to a return for not reading the description correctly and in order to force one claimed item wasn't as described. Threatened to leave negative and never bothered to actually return the item. EBAY.COM/usr/filyov
