  Exactly as described. Descaler for all coffee machines and kettles. Haven’t tested the tablets yet, but all looks OK. Good service and item arrived promptly. Only gripe is that the Royal Mail tracking number given was of no use, as it wasn’t accepted by the Royal Mail app. Luckily the packet was small enough to fit through the letterbox, so the fact that the packet couldn’t be tracked was of no consequence.

  Absolutely brilliant find. So pleased to find an alternative to the ridiculously expensive Krupp’s filters. I was very hesitant in case they wouldn’t work but they’re perfect.
