    The Pioneer RT-701 was what I expected it to be. The shipping was a disaster. I was given several dates of delivery and it arrived much later. First arrival date was 1 March, then 3 march, then 3 to 6 March, it arrived 7 March and the box it was shipped in was damaged in four places and poorly taped and placed in a larger box. My reel to reel was okay and is exactly what I wanted. I paid $110.00 for shipping and expected better service.

    Pioneer was shipped on time. USPS is responsible for your package once they receive it. I have no control over when your package arrives. Your Reel to Reel was double boxed and arrived undamaged "exactly as you wanted". I'm unsure how much better service I could have provided.
