  I tried to work with seller. I ordered a Blackstone gridle cover on 6/2/25 when it didn't arrive I contacted seller on 6/5/25. Instead of shipping my order they ordered an inferior quality cover from Amazon for about 1/2 of what I paid and shipped it with a gift receipt. I've tried for a week to resolve with seller, they promised a return label and never sent. Can't return to Amazon because it's 1/2 of what I paid this seller on EBay. They tried to tell me that this is normal business.
