  Seller is open to lower offers -- magazines were shipped very securely inside a cardboard box -- condition of most of the magazines was Very Good or better! My only gripe is that the magazines were shipped at USPS Media rate, which is a violation of USPS regulations, which state that magazines and other periodicals may NOT be shipped at USPS Media rates.
