Seller sent me a damaged item that didn't work & then would not refund the full price. The item was sent quickly, but did not work. The seller offered a 20% refund. I asked for a full refund or new machine. The seller stalled & would not refund, offered 40% then 70%, then 85% - for something that didn't work. I warned that I would leave a bad review if I didn't get a refund or new item, but the seller kept stalling and has not refunded or sent a new one. It has been two months and no resolution
