So far, so good. Nice, heavily built industrial PC with Win7 Pro. Power supply does NOT have threaded plug that's supposed to be there so you may need to secure it somehow. Was shipped in multiple layers of bubble envelopes, which was ok but the weight of the unit and sharp edge on heat sink cut the 120V power cord! Lucky I didn't get shocked when I plugged it in, the bare wires were exposed... I think an overpack box is called for just based on density of item. If this works ok will buy more.

 The recommendation for more advanced packaging has been duly noted. Great point on the power connector locking nut!
 While damage during delivery case is in works, compromised product safety calls for prompt resolution. Dispatching the new power supply with threaded connector.
