    The hardware and software advertised were present and working. However, the recommended hardware to mount one of the SSD was not present so it arrived hanging loose by a single wire-tie in a full-size drive bay where it had banged around during transport. That's why there was clacking from inside the box when delivered. However the drive was not damaged and I had the proper adapter to mount it correctly. The unit work properly but I was disappointed in the care taken preparing it for sale.
