    The item as described as new in box, but the box was wrapped only in brown paper, when arrived the box was crushed in 2 places and paper ripped. Everyone knows that the mail gets roughed up. It should've been reinforced wrapped to prevent damage. No I did not contact the seller.

    Sorry for the late feedback. The post office had a problem with the delivery. Received the doll today! The doll is no new dress bodice was a little worn from being in the box and rubbing up against it. box was very worn. But I’m ok with both. Thank you!

    I'm sorry you had a bad experience with this order. Unfortunately, I have no control over the post office. When I spoke to the person in charge at the local post office branch regarding your package, I was told it was stuck at a USPS facility that had an employee shortage. I did ship your order in a very timely manner and although it was late, you did receive the item purchased and according to what my records show, you received a refund from ebay as well. Again, I apologize the inconvenience
