  I was worried about ordering this receiver but everything went very well. The item arrived as planned. It was packaged securely. It was exactly as pictured and works with my Minka Aire Concept 1 ceiling fan and light. I was able to reprogram the remote from the original fan instructions. Minka Aire help desk did a fantastic job walking me through some steps to fgure out what exactly was wrong with my fan after a recent power outage. I hope this receiver lasts a very long time.
