Shipping was fast (though $16.49 was much too expensive, packaging was terrific, CD was in superb condition, as advertised, and CD was a good value, though the shipping was horribly expensive (twice as much as the 2-disk CD itself). CD came in a hard box and seller respected my request to add the words DO NOT CRUSH on the packaging to further protect the item. Would definitely buy from them again if the shipping isn't as expensive. Other Japanese sellers charge less to ship

    Face Records are simply one of the best sellers on Ebay. Their communication and delivery speeds are outstanding. My CD (Manic Street Preachers 'Futurology') arrived within days of sale and packaged beautifully. The condition was like new (described as 'good' - but much closer to Mint). The cost was extremely low considering the value of this exclusive edition and the postage was equally low considering the radical postage costs a lot of sellers are pushing for nowadays. Outstanding seller!!

    The fastest shipping I've ever experienced! I bought this on Aug 24th and it arrived within 3 days of ordering, from Japan to Canada! It was packaged very well, in a secure large cardboard package wrapped with bubble wrap and the CD was in a sleeve. I am extremely happy with the CD itself, it is in great condition and just as described in the listing. The CD plays well and has no flaws other than some casing cracks. Best price I've found on Ebay. 10/10 seller, would definitely recommend!

    Shipped and arrived quickly. Great communication. Double-box packaging is the way to go. Disc was impressive and immaculate. Practically perfect! However, the jacket was heavily stained on the back. No way of knowing from the pics, so I do wish it'd been noted in the description. Keeping positive because the disc looks so lovely and the rest of the transaction went so well. I'll find a replacement jacket another day, maybe even from this seller, whom I would buy from again. Thanks! :)
