  This item was in perfect condition exactly as described and carefully wrapped in tissue paper to protect it in the box it shipped in. Shipping was super prompt and this was actually where this seller blew me away! I offered to pay more for shipping to get it faster for a 10 year anniversary gift for my wife. Seller explained the shipping was part of the sale. The next day the seller sent me a message saying shipping was upgraded for free as an anniversary gift. Great price for a high quality bag

  Seller was very responsive because I wanted the bag sooner so I paid for expedited shipping. He provided tracking the next morning. The bag was wrapped well with tags in new condition. Will buy from seller again. I love when sellers communicate with buyers. I has asked another seller for expedited shipping that I would cover and just got a NO with no other comment.   Box came smashed to hell and the tape and label were literally coming undone. Looks like it was packaged by a Kindergartner. Fortunate purse wasn’t damaged in shipment. For a $200+ purchase, at minimum, include enough interior packaging where the top of the box doesn’t flex. Purse was nice for the price, but I was expecting the strap and other components to be covered in protective wrap like the picture. Mine had zero protection.
