    This buyer originally ordered a 28-inch luggage, and as a special gesture for a new customer, we upgraded them by gifting the entire set. 2 LUGGAGE Upon receiving the luggage, the buyer reported a minor scratch, which we explained was likely due to UPS transit. We take great care in packaging every luggage is securely wrapped in bubble wrap and thoroughly protected before shipping. The buyer acknowledged that the damage likely occurred in transit.
