I also tried to cancel the order but ebay wouldn't allow me to. The order was delivered 2 days later so i refused the order. I then asked for a refund and on April 3rd they messaged me saying they would refund me ASAP. I since messaged them twice asking where is my refund with no answer and now it's 4/16 and i still haven't received a refund.
