    Awesome repair and service for my screen, which would have cost me a lot more, I was also alerted about my LCD screen (I started noticing lines a couple of days before shipping) which they repaired for an additional fee.     The box was opened from the bottom which was an immediate red flag...But the controller is clean to the point of it clearly being new and it works with no stick drift. Shipping was fast and was 90% as described. It was also packed extremely well so overall pretty satisfied.
