    They did a great job with the repair, but not happy with shipping . They say that they pay for shipping one way but that didn’t happen. I had to pay for shipping at the time of purchase AND , also had to pay over 20$ to ship it to them?? Oh well, it was at least correctly repaired. I recommend looking around, because after the fact it was more expensive than most.

    IPHONE 14 Broken Display was FIXED and RETURNED TWO WEEKS AFTER, PACKING WAS NOT THE BEST, COMMUNICATION WAS POOR, they didn't utter a single word, they didn't informed of receiving the LCD, they didn't say anything until I asked for my display they sent a tracking number but was not shipped until after 3 days later. All in all, the repair was great, it took 16 days total time.

    Seller has good communication and good service, repair time was good and seller communicated the whole way during repair and testing. Received item back with a couple lines inbetween top glass and screen, seller offered partial refund and stated they were not noticeable after the repair during their QA inspection. Overall happy with the service and I can deal with a couple lines, a brand new screen for an iPad Mini 6 is way overpriced!

    Pretty good communication of when the item was serviced and sent back to us. the ipad now looks back to it's original shape, no more broken glass.
