Customer service was excellent and kept me informed of delivery. The water heater was easy to install and worked perfectly out of the box.     Never got the item. Seller very deceptive and repetitious responses about how the item was delivered, then backpedaled after I called them out, then spoke of how they've reached out to the distributor and how the shipping company (noted as fedex) was not getting back to them with updates. I finally asked for a refund then magically they ceased all communication. Waited 3 days and Ebay reps looked into the case and provided a full refund. Smoke, mirrors, deception, and BS... I do not recommend.
