  Purchased item irrived damaged and defective. Seller used very weak unsecured packaging material. Packaging material just ripped all around, seller did not used mandatory Lithium Battery Hazard or Fragile warnings labels. I only ask for replacement, but seller said I have to pay $85.00 extra.   Had an issue with one of the batteries not getting shipped, but seller came through and I finally got both batteries after almost loosing hope. So shipping both batteries was an issue here, but I still gave 5 stars because of the seller’s will to make it right.

  Strongly suggest this seller, there was a product issue with one a previous purchase and he made it right by providing excellent customer service. One of the resolutions was providing immediate refund upon the seller receiving proof of the defective unit. The other resolution was sending out a replacement unit with very fast shipping time.
