ORDER CANCELLATIONS: Please be 100% certain your address is correct and you are committed to purchasing this item, as order cancellations will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee (based on the full taxed sales amount) to cover the non-refundable promoted listing expenses charged to our account by EBay.

RETURNED SHIPMENTS: Any domestically-shipped item(s) that are “Returned to Sender” (RTS) will be refunded upon receipt at our facilities less the original shipping fee of $5.95 - $8.95 per item. I reached out and explained the issue, even provided photo proof that the item description wouldn’t load properly on multiple devices. Instead of trying to resolve it, the seller was rude and dismissive, accusing me of not reading and having bad intentions. Very unprofessional handling of a valid concern.
