  I ordered it 6/4, it shipped the same day and arrived 6/10!! it was also packaged very well to make sure there was no damage. I can’t speak for communication because i never messaged them, only because i never felt the need to. Very good seller, would recommend and buy again from them!

  Overall pretty decent. Free shipping was a huge benefit. Seller noted that end caps were missing on the rack but did not disclose that the under-rack cover strips were missing ($28/bar to replace). I am giving the seller the benefit of the doubt that they were unaware of the missing components. Shipping was prompt. Condition of the components that did arrive was perfect. I'd buy from this seller again, but I'd be careful about what comes with an item.
