    This item was listed as new. I don't consider something new if the solutions that are listed on the box are all dried up. ( they did not leak during shipping). I contacted the seller and asked for a partial refund to cover the cost of purchasing new cleaning fluid so I could use the "new " unit. He did not get back to me except to reiterate that the unit was in brand new condition. Poor customer service.

    I was disappointed with what I got for what I paid. I think I over paid. It came quickly and was wrapped in about 50 padded envelopes, which took me about 30 minutes to cut through with a blade. A box would have been a much better choice in my opinion, but it worked well for shipping. The "Sony" name got me but I doubt Sony actually made this. It is cheap, and the sound is horrible. HORRIBLE. I wish I had chosen better. It is not worth what I paid for it. These sell new for $60.
