Absolutely unacceptable. My order was for (2) copies of a book apprrouching 4 weeks ago. I wasn’t sent a tracking then out of nowhere the seller says my package was “lost in tansit” apologies saying it will ship next day. They also confirmed this order was for 2 books. It shipped 7 days later! The order arrives today and only has 1 out of the 2 books! Even after I confirmed! I am extremely disappointed as these are gifts. I would like a full refund of the 2nd book shipped next day shipping

I received my package today my item was leaking also the box is ruined due to the item leaking during the shipment. I did not get a full bottle due to my item leaking during the shipment.
