    The cellphone is brand new as described. However, I was surprised that the phone was set to China time, but it seems to be a U.S. model. Despite that, the phone works perfectly. Additionally, the seller included a charger & headset. Plus, it was the best price on eBay from a U.S. listed seller (although the seller is actually located in Hong Kong.) The seller shipped very fast from Seattle, although they did not respond to a message I sent. The bottom line is I am satisfied & would buy again.
