    The seller was very responsive, both before I bought the bulbs and once I received them. One package worked perfectly and was marked properly as 120v. The second package was not marked, and those bulbs turned out to be 12v instead of the 120v I needed. The seller promptly provided instructions on how to return the incorrect package, and quickly refunded money for that package.

    This showed it was delivered the day after it was mailed. Impossible, of course, but when I contacted the Seller a couple days later, he assured me not to worry, thst he would contact the carrier. I did receive the item 2-1/2 weeks after ordering. So, win-win. Plus the product appears very promising. So once I open and try it, I may be a repeat customer. Very nice for a senior citizen to be able to buy comfy conveniences without having to trudge to the store.
