I bought new items and expected new items, what they sent me was damaged goods in damaged packaging knowing full well the extent of it all . Constant delays in responding, dismissive replies when eventually responding, in the end I had to ask Ebay to step in to get matters sorted. It was packaged in a thin plastic bag which was totally inadequat. it was dirty and creased. They did apologise . I declined sending it back and asked for some money off, expecting it to be £10 as it was saving them return cost and new item. They gave me something like £2.99 or£3.99 off which i think was poor.
